Meet Sarah

Meet Sarah, the heart and soul behind Baby Central Birthing. As a qualified midwife, active birth and exercise instructor, and mother of two, she has spent the last 14 years educating and supporting women to feel empowered to make informed birth choices.
Passionate about women’s health, Sarah is a dedicated advocate for women during the antenatal and postnatal journey, offering unwavering support, education, and guidance every step of the way.
What We Offer
Active Birthing Class
Prepare for childbirth with our comprehensive antenatal education classes accompanied with gentle yoga based movement and guided relaxation. Gain valuable knowledge and confidence in this 6 week course to support you throughout your pregnancy journey.
Postnatal Exercise Class

Our postnatal Piyo classes are carefully crafted to welcome new mothers back into movement and fitness. With a focus on supporting and strengthening the postnatal body, these classes provide a nurturing environment for postpartum recovery.
Pregnancy Strength and Stretch Class
Join our specially designed Stretch and Strength classes, tailored to meet the needs of expectant mothers. These classes focusing on gentle movement and strength building to support your body during pregnancy, preparing you and your for labour.
